PHASE 1-1 zeit RIVER COUNTY 1 CONSTRUCTION PROCESS IN OCTOBER, 2021

The construction has paused under the direction of the People’s Committee of HCM City due to the epidemic of the Covid-19 in the past three months.
By October 15, 2021, the Zeit River County 1 site work back in operation to accelerate the construction progress as planned.
As of October 2021, the engineers and workers continue to carry out foundation construction at the Villas. At the same time, the construction team has completed the leveling phase in the landscape areas. Next, VGSI will plant trees and complete the landscape along the river in the next few months.
Completed stages: Underground drainage system; embankment system of parks and squares; basic infrastructure and internal roads have formed.
