PHASE 1-1 ZEIT RIVER COUNTY 1 – CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS FROM AUGUST TO OCTOBER 2022

As of October 2022, the Zeit River County 1 project has completed the construction of townhouses, shophouses, semi-detached villas, and single villas. In addition, part of the project is in the stage of landscape care & preparation. Timely handover in the upcoming Q1/2023.
Utilities: Clubhouses A30, A31 & A32, and landscape construction has been completed. Currently, the utility area is carrying out interior construction.
The internal parks have completed the green landscape and lighting system. In addition, the new Pham Huu Lau road was built and inaugurated on October 13.
