PHASE 1-1 zeit RIVER COUNTY 1 CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS IN APRIL 2022

• Model House of Semi-Detached Villa: has built the rough part of the house wall, balcony, gate, and fence. Currently, the model house is under construction of exterior ceiling/ceiling outside and external painting/painting outdoors.
• Model House Single Villa: Completed the construction of a rough house. Next, workers will carry out exterior decoration works such as painting walls and constructing gates and fences.
• Model House Shophouse: has completed the rough foundation, walls on the ground floor, and two floors. In April, the engineering team is expected to complete the exterior and interior decoration.
• Model House Townhouse: completed construction of the brick wall. Next, the finishing step will take to complete the exterior wall priming, tile roofing, and waterproofing of the floor and roof… At the same time, the workers will also carry out the construction of the exterior exteriors such as the balcony exit door, entrances, windows, main gates, and fences.
• Besides constructing model houses, VGSI engineers are also building the rough parts of townhouses and villas. Clubhouse A31 utility area has completed the construction and is in the construction phase of roofing and tiling.
• Clubhouse A32 is under construction of the ground floor structure, expected to be completed in the next few months.
• The park along the riverside has been completed and installed on the ground and is being built for internal walkways, water supply, drainage, and lighting systems before entering the construction phase to complete the landscape in the next few months.
