PHASE 1-1 ZEIT RIVER COUNTY 1 – CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS IN JULY 2022

Shophouses, Townhouses, Single Villas & Semi-Detached Villas have completed the rough part and finished roofing and painting.

Clubhouse A31 is under construction of the ground floor structure. Clubhouse A32 is completing the final stages of construction, expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2022.

The park along the riverside has been completed and installed on the ground and is being built for internal walkways, water supply and drainage systems, and lighting before entering the construction phase to complete the landscape in the next few months. The inner park is under construction of green trees. It is expected to be completed in the next few months.

Model house of Semi-Detached Villas: finished the rough part of the house wall, balcony, gate and fence, and exterior painting.

Model House of Single Villa: Completed the construction of raw houses and exteriors, such as painting walls, and constructing gates and fences. Next, the team of engineers will carry out the complete interior construction.

Model House of Shophouse: has completed the rough foundation, ground floor, and 2nd-floor walls, completed the exterior stages such as painting walls, main doors, windows, and ceilings.
