Ho Chi Minh City has a variety of modern and civilized urban works in the planning, design, and growth process. These urban areas have been developed and are interconnected. District 7 used to be a swampy area with few houses (especially in the Phu My Hung urban area of today). Over the course of many years of construction and growth, this location has evolved into the city’s most futuristic and model smart urban area.
This project, which spans 2,600 hectares and is located along Nguyen Van Linh Avenue in the city’s south, has a total area of 2,600 hectares. Today, Phu My Hung exploits five urban clusters totaling more than 600 hectares. Professional planners have divided Phu My Hung into 21 functional subdivisions, and this location has become the community’s standard of living.

Phu My Hung is the first civilized city in the South of Ho Chi Minh City and is the pride of the people. After Phu My Hung, the city continues to form many other modern urban areas and improve living standards, not to mention the Hiep Phuoc urban area in Nha Be district.
This is a new and multi-functional urban area with specific characteristics of a port town (in the coastal area with a transaction port), well adapted to climate change. This city is also a premise for the city to expand urban space into the sea.
The Hiep Phuoc urban area is 1,354 hectares in size and is situated on low ground (adjacent to the Soai Rap and Dong Dien rivers), so construction density is low. Because the aim of this urban area is to create a natural environment complete with trees and water.
According to the planning, the urban area will be built into 3 phases:
– Phase 1: investing in industrial zones (invested over the past 10 years)
– Phase 2: investment in the port system and port services (continuing to be deployed)
– Phase 3: Developing a new urban area with a scale of nearly 200,000 people
The Hiep Phuoc urban area is expected to transform Nha Be district, changing it from a low-lying area to a special economic zone and a coastal city with a high quality of life.
Aside from Hiep Phuoc, the smart urban area ZEITGEIST in Nha Be’s south is also noteworthy. This is a project that combines all of the benefits of a smart megacity: a complete ecosystem, modern infrastructure, surrounding natural ecosystems, and so on, all of which have led to residents receiving numerous benefits.
Among the buildings that sprout up everywhere, ZEITGEIST Nha Be is a new wave with highlights in products such as villas, townhouses, shophouses,… The area for these sections is up to 350ha.

In the first phase, subdivision 1.1 zeit River County 1 has an area of 17.9 hectares (including 359 villas, townhouses, and shophouses). The density of housing construction in this area only accounts for 30% of the project (commercial townhouses, single villas, duplex villas), so the urban area has many green areas and outstanding facilities.
Because of its many advantages and long-term growth potential, the city has a detailed master plan for the South of Ho Chi Minh City and is the face representing “urban life and keeping up with world trends”.
