GS E&C HAS OPENED CYBER MODEL HOUSE AT CHEONGRA HILLS XI

Cheongra Hills Xi is a reconstructed apartment in the Namsan 4-5 district of Daegu. There will be 947 units in thirteen 29 story buildings, and 656 units with floor areas of 59 ~ 101㎡ will be supplied as general sale. 96% or the units are small and medium sized units and are as follows  59㎡ 109 units  75㎡ 114 114 units; 84㎡A 204 units ; 84㎡B 19 units ; 84㎡C 186 units ; 101㎡ 24 units.

Subscriptions will begin with special supply on March 2nd, with first priority on March 3rd and second priority on March 4th . The winners will be announced on March 10th and contracts will be signed from March 23rd to March 25th.

Cheongra Hills Xi model house will be released online via Xi and Cheongra Hills Xi (http://cheongrahills-xi.com) homepages and the Xi app. The actual model house will be open for viewing for the winners only after the subscription winners are announced. Cyber model house images are taken by VR cameras in each model unit and customers can check them in detail by zooming in, zooming out and rotating 360-degrees. In addition, GS E & C will upload an introductory video showing the details that are difficult to check in the cyber model house, and deliver vivid information about Cheongra Hills Xi.

Cheongra Hills Xi is less than 5 minutes walk from Cheongra Hillside Station, a transfer station of Daegu Metro Lines 2 and 3, and is close to Dalgubeol-daero, the main trunk road of Daegu, enabling access to all parts of Daegu via bus. It is also convenient to enter the complex using Namsan-ro.
