The Southern region’s attractiveness has been enhanced by the direct connection of the Metro No. 4 from District 12 to Hiep Phuoc Port – Nha Be, Ben Luc – Long Thanh expressway, Tramway No. 2, etc. In particular, with the insistence that Nha Be district be prompted in the future will help speed up South Saigon’s economic development.
Diversified river advantages facilitate the development of the waterways economy

In the future, the area will continue to add a second super-smart city – Zeitgeist in size of 349 hectares that will help boost the region’s position and economic power with two of most modern super cities in the country.
