GS E&C announced that it has released an episode of Show Me The Xi that introduces apartments of Ansan Grand City Xi. Show Me the Xi is a video that introduces Xi apartments constructed by GS E& C, and can be viewed at the Xi homepage(www.xi.co.kr) and the Xi TV Youtube channel.
A video showcasing Ansan Grand City Xi, a mini new-city type complex with a total of 7,653 units, was released, ahead of the residents’ move-in scheduled for the middle of this month
The video highlights apartments where residents have moved in or are in the process of moving in and shows details from the exterior and landscaping to the community facilities and the interior of the units. Since, it is difficult for non-residents to view the apartments in detail, this video is expected to be helpful in this case. The Grand City Xi video is divided between ‘interior’ of each unit and ‘complex’ and provides detailed information.
In the Show Me The Xi video, a real estate consultant and reporter appear, looking around and talking about the apartment. As the reporter represents the viewer’s position, he/she will put out various questions about the internal design and the wall pad system, which will be answered in detail by the consultant, satisfying the curiosity of the viewer watching the video. The visual effects make it easier for the consumer to understand, since the voices of the experts can also be heard in the video. Meanwhile, Grand City Xi has 4,283 units (3,728 apartments and 555 officetels), in sixteen buildings, the highest being 49 stories tall. The floor areas range from 59 to 101㎡ and include 100 units with terraces(68~95㎡) and 13 penthouses (125~140㎡). In particular, when the Grand City Xi 2 apartment complex (2,872 apartments, 498 officetels), which is scheduled to be completed in October next year, is completed, a large scale complex totaling 7,653 residential units, will be realized and itself become a landmark in Ansan.
Grand City Xi was spotlighted for being the first Xi brand in Ansan and the tallest complex in the region. The competition ratio was 100.8 to 1 and contract signing were completed within five days.In particular, as construction for the Shinansan Line , one of the major traffic arteries in the Seoul metropolitan area, was started last year, the complex is expected to become a major beneficiary. When the Shinansan Line is opened, the time required to commute from Ansan (Hanyang) to Yeouido will be shortened from 100 to 25 minutes (Express Train).
